Booking and cancellation conditions.
In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking under the holiday offer before 15.03.2026, no penalty is payable.
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking under the holiday offer less than 10 days prior to check-in or in the event of a no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for the booking will not be refunded and the booking will be deemed cancelled. If the hotel is vacated before the check-out date requested with the reservation, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
